I see that you guys are digging the no-jumping aspect of this series! But the sweat and the soreness is still coming on – so this is AWESOME! Today we are focusing on my fave – the core! I’ll be challenging your ab strength as well as your cardio!

You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. For a full 28 minute workout, you must repeat this sequence 4x through..PIIT style!

Your 7 moves are:

1. Walking Plank + Jack
2. Dolphins
3. Standing Twisted Crunch R
4. Double Leg Lifts
5. Standing Twisted Crunch L
6. Hollow Rock
7. Plank Jack

The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week (28 min) at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready…you’re gonna be life body ready!

just finished 3rd round and I am so tired!!! I had a lower back injury a couple months ago and I'm still feeling my back a little in the hollow rock and lower leg lifts. My big butt doesn't help things of course.

Cassey your work out videos and your personality make me so happy, I dream of a future where I can be just as happy and be doing what I want like you. Right now I've been doubting myself and slowing my progress towards getting my weight training certification. But when I watch your videos I feel like I can do anything so thank you for always inspiring me 🙂 I dream that maybe some day I can teach pilates or maybe yoga too in addition to when I become a RMT

What can I do if I'm still beginner? These are so hard. I REALLY am trying but I can't keep up 🙁 I finished the beginner calendar and I AM stronger but geeeez this is intense
