in this video, I am sharing a dairy free turmeric milk recipe for thyroid, pcos/pcod weight loss. This golden milk is vegan and can be had for those with diabetes. You can have this haldi doodh made with almond milk as a morning or bedtime drink. The ingredients in this healthy turmeric milk will help to boost your metabolism, helps to reduce inflammation (pcos, thyroid, diabetes related), helps to stimulate thyroid hormone production, helps in autoimmune conditions that affect the thyroid gland. The antioxidants in turmeric benefits thyroid health and balance thyroid hormone levels. Turmeric also helps to manage hyperthyroidism.

1 cup lukewarm water
1/2 turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder: https://goo.gl/adYnMN
1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
A fat pinch of black pepper powder
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp honey to drizzle on top
Few strands of saffron/kesar
Have this turmeric milk first thing in the morning or as a bedtime drink. This milk can be had for kids as well.
This drink will help to deal thyroid and pcos issues.
Those with diabetes should avoid honey.
