I tried this workout today,, I love your personality,but sorry the workout
is toooo fast paced, you do one move thrice and then move to another one. I
cannot move sooo fast. I had to stop the workout in the middle. I cannot
even process the workout moves so fast… maybe it is just me.. I am gona
stick to Jillian Michael’s workouts which are not as fast paced but
effective as well.. Can anyone suggest me any of Denise Austin’s workouts

I tried out this workout 6 months ago and 6 min in I was out of breath!
Then I lost 28 lbs by adjusting my nutrition lifestyle and going low carb.
Today I started and was able to go through the whole workout! Aiming to do

Awesome workout, earlier I was doing Jillian Michaels No More Trouble
Zones, the one hour exercize I was doing like twice a week that with a lot
of procastination to start.
This video, I am able to do continuosly and by the end I sweat a bit,
overall an awesome workout.?
