People, don't do diet pills. that's such a dangerous way to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is through exercise and healthy foods. Just quit Fast Foods, Frozen Foods and white carbs, just stick with complex carbs like whole wheat bread and oatmeal or carrots and water of course, do that and you will see results. If you must have soda or energy drinks, just do diet and low-carb drinks with plenty of water.
