Troy Dooly says:

I put the document on the website. It was in reference to alligations made
by a well know MLM consultant who did feel Lyoness was out of compliance in
the USA.

Troy Dooly says:

One area of concern, is their continued terminating of reps at all levels.
That needs to stop!

Troy Dooly says:

Well although this is not a Vi thread, I will say this. Blyth the parent
company’s stock is at it’s lowest in years and could be a great buy! Vi
stayed focused on the North America a little too long before going
international. The company has never wavered in their focus to work with
the large group of obese people in all countries and although they have
lost a huge amount of reps, they should be able to gain back their volume
now that they are international.

Troy Dooly says:

Bill, this is not a review. It is 99% response from Lyness and 1% me adding
a little of what I had found on my visit. By the way, I have not reported
on TelexFree outside of warning people (as I have with Lyoness) that
TeleFree was shut down in Brazil and the same red flags are here. With
Lyoness I have raised the red flags on parts of their comp plan also! By
the way I do know several insiders at TelexFree and I still feel there are
huge issues.

Where you on the 15th of september 2013 at Wien Austria?

Joe Deery says:

Thanks for your prompt reply. Joe

Bill Marler says:

Troy, if anyone had any interest, that review would bore them to death and
persuade any prospects to run. It’s not you, it was just all the sugar
coating and dancing all over the truth without saying it. If it walks like
a duck, it’s time to duck. Let me ask you, if you didn’t meet them you
would of told the real truth openly as you did with TelexFree.

Troy Dooly says:

Well, I can see that your history of direct sales is very limited. Many
direct selling products are also available in stores. Just because a
product is sold directly to the end user doesn’t mean it will not end up on
a store shelf. Acia, Noni, Mangosteen, Aloe are products now on store
shelves after direct sales brought the products to America. Avon, Watkins,
and Tuppawear are three products now sold in stores as well as direct
sales.

Troy Dooly says:

Hmmm, well please tell me how I am preying on people and how I am a
vulture? Your comment is interesting but lacks substance since I am not in
any company and we are not promoting in this case that Lyoness is a clean
company with no issues.

Troy Dooly says:

Jockey Clothing, Dove Chocolates, AOL, and Sprint, are also name brands who
are or did bring their products to market through direct sales. Shacklee
and Fuller Brush have both been sold direct sales and in stores. So to lump
all direct selling companies together as scams is showing your lack of
knowledge of the industry and profession as a whole.

Troy Dooly says:

I just put up a report on my FB page for MLM Help Desk that one of the most
respected investors in direct sales has sold a large block of Herbalife
stock to buy a large block of Blyth stock because he feels the company will
turn around. For that to happen Vi has to get back on their feet. I
personally believe and have been saying for 18 months, they need to go
outside the USA. They will do as Herbalife did in the 80s. Go international
hit a billion, then come back home and grow again.

Thetriggerhappy007 says:

Nope. Just somebody that understands that if a product is worth anything
people would be pushing to buy it in retail stores. Not pushing to sell it
behind closed doors.

Joe Deery says:

Hi Troy, Do you have any views good or bad about Visalus – Body by Vi.
Which is promoting their UK launch this October. They are looking for
Distributors. I am interested in joining as I know some of their big
players, can you advise. Regards Joe Deery e.mail – jdeery@ntlworld.com

Troy Dooly says:

Dr Kevin, you make a great point. However, when regulators are on the war
path, fixing issues fast is the best remedy for the pain.

Dr Kevin Campbell says:

This sounds like a government workers comments.

Dr Kevin Campbell says:

All great companies have growing pains. Lyoness will prevail easily.

Troy Dooly says:

I am not sure if I have seen that one. I will review

conniekiser says:

Troy, I appreciate the work you’re doing. Have you seen this Lyoness Scam
Review — lyonessscamreviewdotinfo ?

Troy Dooly says:

Terrence, I do not see that Lyoness is an unregistered security. However, I
do see one part of the comp plan that could come under regulatory concern.
That one area I do not believe would get the company shutdown, but could
get them fined and made to remove.

Terrence Mowery says:

Thanks for the video. It is a unregulated security. That is ovious. The SEC
will stop them.

Troy Dooly says:

lol… great catch 🙂

Seventh7Art says:

Alligaitons OR allegations?

nicholas kemmerle says:

looking more and more like hulk hogan all you need is the bandanna lol

Thetriggerhappy007 says:

Please stop making these videos. All you are doing is preying on people
that are not smart enough to know that all of these “companies” are scams.
You are a freaking vulture. Knock it off. Please do something else.
ANYTHING ELSE. I think you would make a nice bus driver.
