RECIPE:

CHIA PUDDING:

100g/3,5oz Banana
50g/1,76oz Chia seeds
40g/1,4oz oatmeal
300ml/1,27cups almond milk
15g/0,5oz of the vivo life vegan protein
1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon

PASTA SALAD:

100g/3,53oz lentil pasta
70g/2,5oz green olives
60g/2,12oz Quinoa
300g/10,58oz tomatoes
200g/7oz or 1 large cucumber
50g/1,76oz raw spinach
100g/3,53oz of peppers

CHILI:

200g/7oz of cooked kidney beans
100g/3,5oz of boiled chickpeas
100g/3,5oz raw carrot
150g/5,3oz onion
300ml/10,58oz chopped tomatoes
50g/1,76oz brown rice
80g/2,8oz of cooked sweet corn
1 clove of garlic
The spices used: vegetable stock, smoked paprika, ground cumin and cayenne pepper.

Like the video but I hate when people say"cheap" and use things like chia and quinoa! I have never seen these sell on the cheap in my country nor on Amazon in the US

Cronometer is actually incorrect with almond milk. I thought it was high in vitamin E like cronometer suggests too; but I emailed them and most of silk's almond milks actually contain no vitamin e whatsoever. A few other brands contani 8-10% of your RDA of vitamin E.
