Your information is very helpful to understand

Delusion Dispeller says:

we are on food stamps. In order to eat as much salad as he recommends, I'd have to be almost RICH, which I'm NOT. Lettuce goes bad very quickly! How can one lose weight if they can't afford raw veggies as much as canned or frozen?

Christopher Ellis says:

my new belt is now three notches in from where it was!

vortexstar says:

I use honey nectar in my green tea, about 2 tablespoons after a 1-hour meal, and I eat two times a day. Is this okay? I eat vegetables more and not too much fruit, and the only fruit is mixed raisins.

Alexandra Boone says:

Good information!!!!!

Joaquim Duarte Simoes says:

Hi Dr Berg, can I eat Kefir during ketosis and still loose weigth ? or I should avoid it till I get my ideal weigth ?

Aaron Evens says:

I think the overall information is good but Dr Berg exaggerates a lot. A little bit of CHO can take you out of fat burning for 72 hours?? Really? Wheres the science to support this.

You can lose weight (as i've done) 82kg to 79kg (retaining muscle) without going too crazy on the low carb/high fat.
He's right with all the talk about sugar but certainly foods such as beets or blueberries do have quite a bit of sugar but are great nutrition wise.. should i cut them out all together? Maybe 'moderation' won't work for the average person but for those who know their stuff, sensible smart decisions will get the job done!
